About Jennifer Dugan - Owner of Dugan's Travels
Jennifer Dugan owns Dugan's Travels. She has been a travel agent since 1993.
She started her own agency, Dugan's Travels in 1997 and began to take on independent agents in 1999. She is a CTA (Certified Travel Associate) with ICTA. (Institute of Certified Travel Agents)
She is a 34 year old full time mom of two boys, Dillon (age 12) and Travis. (age 10) She began working at home as a travel agent after leaving her full time job as an agent to have her son, Dillon. Instead of going back to a full time position and putting her son in daycare, she started Dugan's Travels.
She lives in Los Alamos, New Mexico. She has been married to her husband, Tim, for 13 years. Her dream has been to help those who wanted to become home-based travel agents or find a way to work from home with their children.
She is active in many areas of travel. She writes articles for several websites. She also writes for her local paper.
Jennifer has been an outside sales agent. She knows what agents need. She isn't someone who started the agency to make money off of others doing all the work. She is doing the same work as her agents and keeps up to date on the industry. She wants to help others succeed and work together as a team.
